      Grew a local leadership team capable of executing functional activities in the efforts to increase readiness and response to incidents, including managing the leadership team and 1.300 local volunteers. Oversaw team efforts to plan and executed projects and field ops.

    As part of a group of experts, I help shaping the standard around innovation idea management ISO 56007. We interact with international pairs discussing and sharing the latest in innovation management.
